Getting started

  1. In your Shopify admin, open Apps → Tapeline: Size Charts.
  2. Click Create chart, fill in the table and choose which products show it.
  3. On the home page, click Add to product page and save your theme.

Common questions

The chart doesn't show on my product page.
Check the product matches one of the chart's rules, and that the Size chart block is on your product template (or, for older themes, that the app embed is turned on in Theme settings → App embeds).

I changed a collection and the chart didn't update.
Click Re-check products on the app's home page. New and edited products update automatically.

How do I move from ESC or Kiwi?
Go to Import and click the button for your old app. Keep the old app installed until the import finishes. If your store is password protected, or Kiwi support sent you a file, use the CSV import instead.

Some columns shouldn't change between inches and cm.
Untick Convert in/cm above that column in the editor.

What happens if I go from Pro back to Free?
One chart stays live (you choose which). The others are hidden, not deleted, and come back when you upgrade again.
