Privacy policy

Tapeline ("the app") is made by Streamline Code. This policy explains what information the app uses when a merchant installs it on a Shopify store, and what happens to it.
Information we collect
- Store access. When you install the app, Shopify gives us your store's domain and an access token. We store these so the app can work for your store.
- Products. With the "write products" permission, the app reads your products' tags, vendor, type and collections to match them to your charts, and saves a link to the right chart on each product. This stays in your Shopify store.
- Your size charts. Charts are saved in your own Shopify store as app data, not on our servers.
- Imports. If you click an import button, the app reads size chart data from your store's ESC Size Charts or Kiwi Size Chart setup to copy it into the app.
We do not collect or store any information about your customers. The app does not use cookies or tracking on your storefront. The size chart remembers a shopper's inch/cm choice in their own browser only.
How we use it
Only to run the app: showing your size charts on the right products. We don't sell or share your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who processes it
The app is hosted on Vercel, and store access details are kept in a database hosted by Supabase, both in the United States. Billing is handled by Shopify.
How long we keep it
When you uninstall the app, we delete your store's access details. Shopify removes the app's data from your store, and asks us to erase anything else within 48 hours, which we do.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about your store, or ask us to delete it, by emailing antibotbuilders@gmail.com.
